Want a useful way to use up your nasty food storage potato flakes?

When you are making gravy, sometimes it can be too thin, if you don't want to risk the lumps with flour or cornstarch, put in some instant potatoes or potato flakes that no one will eat, and there are no lumps in your gravy, it's nice and thick and it tastes even better!

By the way, I've had to put the cooking part of the blog on hold until after the Halloween craze is over. I'll start back up in a week.
