#353 Crispy Rosemary-Orange Chicken with Parmigiano String Beans

I made this a week ago, so it's really late. This dinner I loved loved(didn't like the green beans so much). There was a lot of onions and they were sliced, so they were totally standing out disgusting everyone. But they were cooked so long, that they were sweet and tender and didn't even taste like an onion. It was a casserole with big chunks of chicken cooked with the sliced onions and sliced carrots in a thick sauce of orange juice and rosemary. You sprinkled lots of Parmesan and some parsley for the crust and baked until golden. It was served alongside a decedent side dish of barf. They were just what it sounds like, string beans sauteed in Parmesan cheese, that looked like green and white slop. Aside from the yucky green beans, I really liked the taste of everything else, and it seemed to have a Christmas aroma to it! Happy Thanksgiving y'all. t
