Scramblewiches

This recipe number one in "Rachael Ray: 365 No Repeats". Now, just a quick recap. I loved the movie Julie and Julia so much that I wanted to do the same thing with a cook with my name, So it's Rachael Ray vs. Rachel Roberts. It's a perfect book, because she mixes and matches the types of food so you don't get sick of soup by week two! She doesn't use a lot of pictures in her cookbooks, so now you will have pictures of every recipe in this book.

Tonite's recipe was Scramblewiches. It is basically breakfast boats! It was so good, and a perfect way to start this project. I was running home and running late, and I whipped this up in about 6 minutes. I would use a softer bread next time, it was a little hard to chew. But delicious and I don't know why Rachael has to put hot sauce in everything, but a little hot sauce in eggs is actually pretty dern good!

  1. Is the bread a baguette or something?

  2. Yeah it's a baguette. She said day old baguette is fine too. Because it hollows out great and keeps it's shape.
