Holy Moly! This was a lot of work, the kitchen looked like it had been hit by a hurricane. But, it was soooooooo worth it! It's definitely a fancy spin on your regular shepherd's pie. It tasted like......I don't know it was just really good! It's figure friendly because of all the veggies in it, and it's made with ground turkey and turkey bacon. The only thing, it was very wet underneath, so serve with a slotted spoon. The picture is before it went into the oven so it didn't have that golden glow about it yet. It was even more beautiful right before we dug in. It's garnished with chives and a sprinkle of smoky paprika. Enjoy!
