#26 Florentine Meatballs


I had a blast making these. Super healthy, tons of flavor, and easy! They plate up very pretty too. Rachael didn't have any pasta, but I wanted something to soak up all that yummy cheese sauce, and penne is a very classy looking pasta so I cooked up some penne, and put the sauce on that too, with a garnish of parsley to give it the fancy look. These were meatballs made with ground turkey breast, frozen spinach and lots of other things. Bake it for 20 minutes in 400 degrees, make the sauce while it's cooking, and that's it! I highly recommend trying this one. I will make it again for sure. And the meatballs are HUGE, it will satisfy your meat cravings for sure. Have fun with this one!
