Does anyone know what a leek is? It's a cross between an onion, celery and other.....green stuff. It's definitely exotic, and Juts was too weirded out to even try it. I thought they were a revolution. Now, if I could only find a way to sneak them into food without him knowing it's not celery. I probably won't make it again, because there are tons of pasta dishes, I don't need anymore. And no matter how hard I try I will never be able to make cheese sauce. There was tons of leftovers, so my good friend Marina came to dinner and to take some off my hands. Notice how Jensen is of course staring down the food. Big surprise. Again I couldn't find the link for this, I know it's out there somewhere, but heads up, if you try making this, I would suggest cutting the tomatoes in half, otherwise they will squirt at you when you try and get them with your fork. They always aim perfectly for my forhead and then dribble gracefully into my eyeball.
Exotic? There are no words.
