Ok, so I didn't exactly follow the recipe like I was supposed to, and thanks goodness I didn't! Blah! So, I did breakfast and egg pastry squares, with a fruit salad instead. All the things you love about breakfast casserole, whatever you want, could go in it. Then seal the edges and bake! Those puff pastry sheets are so versatile, I love 'em. That was a perfect way to start a Saturday. That's it! Got a busy day ahead so we'll see you in a few!
