#61 Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Smoked Gouda and Garlic Rice Pilaf
I had to zoom in off the cheese because is didn't melt.......what cheese won't melt covered on the stove top???? Or even in the broiler???? It was a waste of the most beautiful piece of
perfected cheese. I felt like an idiot. It was very weird seeing a succulent breast all cooked with tomatoes on a bed of rice and then for the finishing touch.......stick a board on top. Good crap that's annoying. So what we have is a close-up of rice, pretty much. Oh well. I know Holli is going to laugh at this, but I thought despite the cheese still looking like a white hockey puck on top of my cooked chicken, it tasted good. Someday I will have to try it again and do it right, so I can give that piece of Gouda the credit she deserves. As for the other picture, I forgot to add it to our pics on my last post. This is inside, and it makes the house look very big, huh?
