I have never make those twice baked potatoes before until tonight. It's a cool idea, but since no one eats the skins, it was basically mashed potatoes with all the fixings inside a potato skin that got thrown away. But, still really good. The steaks were good too. I just marinated them and grilled them up the way I like them. The potatoes had sour cream, cooked mushrooms, smoked Gouda cheese, thyme, garlic, bacon, and a little salt and pepper. Mix it all together with the meat from the potatoes and stuff them back into the skins. Stick them under the broiler for just a minute or two, until your mouth starts to salivate and you know they're ready!
