I love sweet and sour anything. I used chicken instead of pork. Oddly enough, her version of sweet and sour pork is the same as mine. Chicken, SPOG, bell peppers, oil, cornstarch, a little brown sugar, stock, pineapple chunks with juice, and finish it off with parsley. Serve with white rice. Easy, breezy, beautiful, Cover Girl.....I mean sweet and sour pork! =)
