#9 Turkey Noodle Casserole

What they should have called this dinner was Sawdust Casserole. So, it was easy and a lot of fun to create. It makes a whole bunch. So, if you aren't sure if you like mushrooms, ground turkey, or noodles(huh?) then cut the recipe in half. The flavor was great. It tasted like strogenoff. But again, very wet. All the flavor escaped under the noodles in a pool that you couldn't taste unless you drank your plate every time you took a bite. And no, I did NOT do that! It will be better tomorrow when it sets all night, and gets thicker. Okay, for the sawdust part. I never know why people put dried bread crumbs for a topping on a casserole. WHY WHY WHY??? It tastes like a mouthful of sawdust. And then every time you start to talk, a cloud of crumbs poofs out of your mouth. Why don't they just use cheese, or crackers crumbs. At least that way it will stick together. But all in all, it tasted pretty okay. Juts kinda attacked the bowl with a fork afterwards trying to grab some of the juice on the bottom. That's a good sign, right?
