#19 Rosemary Corn Cakes with Prosciutto and Chicken Sausages


I seem to be skipping around, but if there is a recipe that I know Juts and I won't like, I don't do it. So, now we are on to #19. Rosemary didn't seem like a good fit, so I used scallions(green onions) instead, and it worked better I thought. This was basically pancakes with sausages. I think this was one of those recipes that she pulled out of her butt in her sleep. I didn't get it. Rosemary and prosciutto don't belong in pancakes! Debate it all you want, but I'm right! I'm not sure what prosciutto even is. It's like a mix between bacon and pastrami. Tastes like pastrami, looks like paper thin bacon. There was a side dish of bell pepper yuck, that I substituted with a poached egg. "Tastes like......cheese sauce! Yummm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
