I had to skip a few recipes because of the alcohol she put in them. So, this recipe is just a sweet honey nutty version of fried chicken. Nothing special. But it tasted awesome. It's a picture of a picture I took, so it's a little blurry. Long story. If you are wondering about all those colors of celery, no I did not dye the celery. That's actually chard. You can't see all of the colors, but there was red, purple, yellow, white, and green chard. I haven't figured out what exactly to do with it yet, but it makes really pretty colors doesn't it!

Where do the nuts come from? Not peanuts, I hope. Can't do peanuts around these parts! This is actually one recipe I may give a go. I'm so not into the whole cooking thing. More like BAKING!!!!! And cereal for dinner is always a huge hit. xoxo, Bree
ReplyDeleteIt's not peanuts, it is Honey Nut Corn Flakes. So, there you go! Cereal for dinner! Make sure that you bake it on top of a rack. If you just bake it on a cookie sheet, it may get soggy. The rack on top of the cookie sheet lets it cook from the bottom without it getting soft.
