Today I zested an orange. I have never "zested" anything in my entire life. So I can check that off my list of things to do before I die: Zest a citrus: check. This was very simple and fun and quick to make. It is your typical mormon version of a salad. I have had similar salads at many ward functions. Very delicious, but the husbands may want a little more to fill up on. Even salad with chicken is still just a salad. Fits better for a side maybe, not the main course. Will definitely make again sometime to bring to a potluck. This recipe was not in the archive on her website. If you want it, let me know.
