Monster Cheese!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!! Alyssa's favorite cheese.....to say, not to eat =) If you like Velveeta, but don't like that it's processed and not really cheese, then all your troubles are over! Muenster cheese is the answer. It is white, with an edible orange rind, and oh so melty!!!! It works with anything. Muenster cheese originated in France in monasteries where monks made it and stored it in their cellars. Betcha didn't know that. It tastes like American cheese and Jack cheese and Velveeta all in one. It's from a cow, and very soft. If you try and cut it or grate it, it will stick to the knife or grater and smash as it goes down. As far as the price goes, it came in a 8 oz block for $4.50. This is some good stuff, and fun for the kids too......Monster Cheese!
