#24 Salsa Stoup and Double-Decker Quesadillas

Here's a little hint. I don't know why Rachael did this, but she baked the quesadillas. They would have been so much better, if I had fried them in a skillet. But altogether, I love double-decker quesadillas. Cheddar on the top, and Pepper Jack cheese on the bottom. Now for the soup. I didn't want all the huge chunks of tomatoes, and onions and stuff in the soup, cause I still needed my little boy to eat it (not to mention my big boy), so I used a hand grinder, I think they call it a siv, and blended up the soup to make it smooth. So, after that it just tasted like pre-chewed soup, for old people with no teeth. That was a little disappointing, I should have left well enough alone. But all around, I can't wait for leftovers tomorrow!
