That was actually the name of the recipe! She's so funny, I would love to meet her someday. I think she and I would get along, (if she was Mormon and liked kids more than dogs, that is). SO, I got a big thumbs up and licked clean plates from all tonight. We are on a good streak here! It was a skillet dinner that I served with dinner rolls. Chicken, potatoes, and rolls usually please all! This was her most regular, non weird, non exotic, normal recipe so far in this book. The chicken was boneless skinless chicken thighs, which I didn't even know there was such a thing. You brown them, and basically add stock, sliced potatoes, and cook it all up, adding the peas at the end. Those are the main ingredients. There was a lot of depth in this dish. Don't I sound super cool saying "depth"!?!
