#184 Pizza Capricciosa








So it's been over a week since my last dinner blog. I missed it! But, I have been really busy. So, pizza! Everyone loves pizza. I think I might've taken the Capricciosa out of the pizza, but I just didn't like the sound of peas and hard boiled eggs in pizza. I am glad I did, it tasted just perfect. It was super good, and notice how high the cheese stretched?!? It had ham, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil, and parmesan cheese on top. But a word to the wise, fresh mozzarella cheese had excess water so, don't make a pizza with fresh cheese, the heat will draw the water out, and it will get shloopy and watery on top, and won't brown or crisp in the middle where the pool is.
