I know it says #267. I didn't know what to make for dinner tonight and it just so happened that I had the stuff for this chicken dish so I made it. Hopefully I remember that I made it already when I get there, so I don't accidentally make it again, because, well. Have you ever seen Family Guy? The part where he is getting dressed for the Christmas Party, he open the closet and groans and is like "This is just sub par." Yeeaahhhh. I think I'm sick of breaded chicken as of tonight. I have to say however that finely crushed pretzels make a really good breading. It is the only time, it stayed crusty and crunchy on the outside through the test of time. 10 minutes after the dish was done cooking (that's how long it took for the picture and to sit down and eat) it was still crisp. I think the secret was first it being pretzel and dip in pretzel, then egg then pretzel again before adding it too the skillet. The "sub par" part was it tasted like crap. Sorry, Rachael. Must have been something I did. Like eating 100 pretzels before making dinner tonight. Still probably would've tasted like crap.

Well Rachel, I have been reading your posts for a while and enjoying them. You actually tell the truth instead of covering up a bad recipe by Rachael and claiming it to be your own fault. It seems to me that you are learning from experience like a lot of us that Rachael Ray is not that talented of a cook. She is all fluff and her recipes are NOT figure friendly.
