#258 Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard dipping sauce

I love honey mustard sauce, but I only will eat it when I go to McDonald's and have nuggets, so I got to make my own today. That was awesome. I tasted it after I made it, and I yelled out loud I was so proud of myself. The ingredients for the sauce was just mayo, grainy Dijon, and honey to taste. Now, I want to learn to make my own dressing and vinaigrette so I don't have to buy it at the store anymore. Yeah! I love learning stuff. The breading for the chicken was dip in flour with dry mustard, then dip in cream or eggs, then dip in flavored bread crumbs. A little over kill for me. Flour by itself usually works just fine. But very good today.
