#279 Everything-Crusted Chicken Rolls Stuffed with Scallion Cream Cheese


Yucky dinner tonight. Actually I shouldn't say that, I liked it a lot. But only for the first few bites, then it gets to be too much cream cheese too fast. I had the burner up too high, and it was a lot more black than golden. Oops! And then, I cut into the last one, and it was still totally raw and me and Juts almost threw up all over each other. Ewwwww. I still haven't learned my lesson, that it doesn't matter what kind of a hurry you are in, DON'T RUSH COOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
