#288 Lime-and-Honey Glazed Salmon with Warm Black Bean and Corn Salsa

We had Kendra and Jeremy over for dinner. I asked Kendra to not bring her kids so she could just relax for a night. The recipe called for the salmon to be cooked in a skillet, I knew I shouldn't do it, but I did. I totally regret it, it didn't have that "cuts like butta" feel. Salmon under the broiler never fails for me,and now I know never to stray from that. It tasted awesome. For those of ya'll who like salmon and want a good marinate this one was the juice of one lime, 3 T. of honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Yummy. Thanks Jeremy and Kendra for letting me use you tonight!
