#299 Chipotle Chicken Rolls with Avocado Dipping Sauce



This was good..................kinda. But I did everything right and didn't screw anything up this time, and it was still not great. So even at it's best, its okay. The Avocado sauce was an avocado, lime juice cilantro with salt and oil in a blender, it that actually was pretty hard to swallow. It looked really fancy but, tasted like toothpaste catchup, if you can even imagine what that might taste like. Oh, well the eggrolls were okay too, but not nearly as good as the southwestern eggrolls at Chili's. Now those, I want the top secret recipe for!

  1. We ate an avocado pie when we were in Mexico. I don't like avocados much anyway, but even Jesse (who loves them) wasn't much of a fan.
