I will never make Macaroni and Cheese again. I'm not even going to tell you what happened. But here is a really pretty picture of the head of cauliflower I WAS going to use in it!

Yeah, well I through a tantrum like a two year old when I couldn't find my special smoked gouda cheese that was supposed to go in it. So......yeah. Hey, we'll see you Friday!
