# 68 Chicken Cacciatore Stoup

Super Super Good!!!! I wish I could find the link for these recipes sometimes, because my mother-in-law would love this! Actually my mom would too. It's diced potatoes with diced chicken, spices, diced and crushed tomatoes some chicken stock with a lot of veggies and stuff topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. What Rachael said to do was roll up a couple of leaves tightly and snip it with scissors and when you open then up to sprinkle on your dish it gives a confetti look that is supposed to look awesome. It didn't turn out looking like confetti for me, but maybe others have more luck. What made this so special was the basil. It added this sweet aroma, and it complemented it perfectly, in a way that dried basil never would have been able to do. So, look it up and try it with some crusty bread, or store bought honey cornbread. It would make a fantastic Mother's Day meal.

  2. Fresh basil makes everything divine. That is why I grow it in my garden.
