#100 Cajun Style Meatloaf with Maple-Pecan glazed Green Beans


This was good I thought. As usual I am the ONLY one that thought that, but who cares. I hate green beans, and this almost made them tolerable. It was 1/4 c. toasted chopped pecans, 2 T. butter, 1 c.chicken stock, 1/4 c. maple syrup, salt and pepper, turned out good in my opinion.The only picture that looked good was this one, and that's only because of my handsome boy staring it down.
